Quick troubleshoot for WebRTC calls
Allow microphone access
Make sure your browser has permission to access the microphone. WebRTC calls will fail without mic access.
Check for port conflicts
Ensure required WebRTC and SIP ports are not blocked by local firewalls, extensions, or security software.
Use international phone format
Always dial numbers in international format:
Include country code
Remove leading zero or “+”
Example: A Bangladesh number written locally as 0912345678 should be entered as: 88912345678
